Shangri-la Enterprise Refund Policy:We accept 30 days refund policy. Buyer might return the products within 30 days after purchased. Howeve Buyer must write in email to our Service department at: Services@Shangrila-Enterprise.com1) Official refund request must received by Seller via email within 30 days of sales.2) Buyer shall obtain return authorization from Seller via email before send products back.3) Buyer shall pay all return products package shipping & handling cost.4) Upon received retunred products, Seller will inspect all products conditions. If any damage or defect found on returned products, Seller will immediately inform Buyer and make cost adjustment and settlement.5) All returned products shall be subjected 20% of sales price as re-stocking charge.6) After complete of restocking products, Buyer's refunds shall be posted to credit card account within 4 weeks.
